These terms apply to services provided by Copper Stream Inc ("Copper Stream," "we," "us"), a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor serving the greater Indianapolis area, and to our website and text messaging program.

SMS Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description: Copper Stream sends appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and invoice links, job status updates, review requests, and two-way customer service messages to customers who have consented to receive them.
Message frequency varies by project activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates & Scheduling

Estimates are free and based on conditions observed or described at the time. Concealed conditions (inside walls, panels, or underground) discovered during work may require a written change to the estimate before additional work proceeds. Scheduled windows are targets; we communicate promptly when field conditions shift a schedule.

Work & Warranty

All work is performed to applicable code by licensed personnel and, where required, under permit with inspection. We stand behind our workmanship; manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment and fixtures.

Payment

Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Accepted payment methods are shown on your invoice or payment link.
