Copper Stream Inc ("Copper Stream," "we," "us") is a licensed electrical contractor serving the greater Indianapolis area. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact information — your name, phone number, email address, billing address, and service address(es), provided when you request an estimate, schedule work, or communicate with us.
- Job information — details about your property and the electrical work you request, including photos you send us.
- Payment records — invoice and payment status. Card processing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
- Website form submissions — what you enter in our contact and estimate forms.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide estimates, schedule and perform electrical work, and send invoices.
- To communicate with you about your project by phone, email, or text message.
- To request feedback or a review after completed work.
- To meet licensing, permitting, tax, and insurance obligations.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
With your consent, we send text messages for appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and invoice links, job status updates, review requests, and two-way customer service conversations.
- Consent is collected verbally or in writing when you schedule service, and is recorded with a timestamp before any automated message is sent.
- Message frequency varies by project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our accounting platform (QuickBooks), messaging provider, and payment processor — and when required by law, permitting, or inspection authorities.
Data Retention & Security
We keep customer and job records as long as needed for warranty support and legal/tax requirements. Records are stored on access-controlled systems.
Your Choices
